Fourth annual Art & Olfaction Awards to be held next week in Berlin

Next week, Berlin will host the fourth annual Art & Olfaction Awards – the first time the event has been held outside of the United States.

The Art & Olfaction Awards was founded in 2014 by Saskia Wilson-Brown’s Institute for Art and Olfaction and are designed to raise public interest and awareness around new developments in independent perfumery.

The Finalists have been selected by a group of judges who include Andy Tauer, Denyse Beaulier, Mark Behnke, Antonio Gardoni, Dana El Masri, Bruno Fazzolari, Christophe Laudamiel, Katie Puckrik, Luca Turin, Mandy Aftel and Michael Edwards.

The fourth annual Art and Olfaction Awards events will take place in a public ceremony at the Silent Green Kulturquartier—a former crematorium built in 1911 revitalized as an arts venue—in Berlin, Germany on May 6, 2017. Each A+O Award winner will receive The Golden Pear, which continues to cement its status as a prestigious achievement in the perfume world.
